A customer emailed in while we were closed for Christmas. They had a machine breakdown. We checked and we had the parts they needed on our shelf. Our staff came in during the holiday, packaged the order and since UPS wasn’t picking up, took it to a UPS drop center to get it on it’s way to our customer.
